hether you're simply grocery shopping, or going out for dinner.
There is something endearing about a small town with a history as well. Eisenhower's birthplace is located in Denison next to railroad tracks that are still to this day fully functioning. Downtown Denison is beautiful with many shops to explore or just stroll down the brick paved streets. Lake Texoma which sits in Denison's back yard brings a bounty of natural beauty with fishing, boating, swimming, and hiking. If all of the perks of living in Denison isn't enough, keep in mind the Dallas metro is less than an hour away. You'll easily be able to live the small town life you desire and still have easy access to anything else you want!
