Golf fees are included in the maintenance fee. Monthly dances, shows, bingo. Good restaurants and shopping all around. Beaches nearby. The pollen, dirt, crud continues to build year after year. The people in many of the buildings have the same issue. We're all embarrassed for when we have people come to visit. The owner of the community is very unresponsive along with his staff. The elevators break at least twice a month. They treat the residence as a necessary evil.I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere to live. The photos on the internet are old and not reflective of the community at large.
