Burlington, Wisconsin: A Great Little Town and a Chocolate Factory User Rating 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) I call the town of Burlington, Wisconsin home and I enjoy living here. The population here is low and this is a very close community. The crime rate here overall is decent. Luckily we do not see many violent crimes here. The local police department does a great job.

...Read More n attend Winkler Elementary School and so far, we have had no huge issues. We had an issue one time with bullying and the principal quickly dealt with the situation. The teachers seem very friendly and I do feel like my children are getting a quality education.

Living in Burlington, Wisconsin provides me with a community that has an urban and rural feel. You can find quiet places here, buy there are plenty of places for shopping and dining to also be found. The best areas in Burlington, Wisconsin include the local public library. They have an extensive selection of books to check out. If you love chocolate, you will be pleased to find out that there is a Nestle Factory here in town. Read Less
