A Great Place to Raise Your Family 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 10, 2018) I love living in Bloomingdale! My family and I have been living in Bloomingdale for almost ten years now and I am so glad we are raising our kids here. The two things I love the most about this town is how safe it is and how great the schools are. My kids started at DuJardin Elem ...Read More entary and are now going to Lake Park High School and they love the school as well.

The Bloomingdale Park District has a great public pool, after school care and summer camps for the kids. There are a few convenient grocery stores and a Walmart and Target so grocery shopping is easy. There's also a mall in town but unfortunately its half empty and the few stores that are in the mall still are not great. So when it comes to shopping we do have to drive about twenty five minutes to Schaumburg where Woodfield Mall is.

The best areas in Bloomingdale to buy a house is close to DuJardin Elementary. You'll be within walking distance of the school, two parks, the public pool and the Park District. Read Less
