I love living here because I can conveniently access the local amenities such as the Walter Odum Park, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants and cafes that ...Read More are close to the city using the public transport. Bellair-Meadowbrook Terrace is the best place to live because of its low cost of living. The city is also suitable for a family with young children because of its access to education. Bellair-Meadowbrook Terrace records high graduation rates, which implies that the quality of learning is also excellent.

Despite having many graduates, it is not easy to find a job in Bellair-Meadowbrook Terrace. The employment issue has resulted in most of the young adults staying idle resulting in increased criminal activity. It is not safe to live in Bellair-Meadowbrook Terrace because of cases such as theft and violence. I also do not like the housing in the area. The rental houses are expensive, which makes it unaffordable for the public. Read Less
