and nightlife.
Living in Bel Air provides some really cool and unique experiences. The weather is unpredictable at times, but basically typical of the four seasons. The area is a nature lover's paradise. A short drive will bring you to Ladew Gardens, which is a set of sculpted gardens and nature trails. There are many trails in the area for walking or biking. The Ma and Pa trail is a well known example. Nightlife is scarce but there is an arts district and an annual film festival.
Some of the best areas in Bel Air are around the Golf and Country Club, but most areas are decent. You can find affordable housing, as well as large high-priced homes. Bel Air is in Hartford County, which has some of the best schools in the state. The University of Maryland has a medical center in town that employs a lot of people in the area. The commute to Baltimore is about 45 minutes on Interstate 95.
