has to be by Cone Pond. We love to take drives up to Osbornedale State Park, Coon Hollow Park, Indian Well State Park, and the Naugatuck State Forest to take in the nature. We also enjoy driving up north a bit to watch the Navy submarines deploy and return home. It's quite a site to see those coming down the Thames River.
When it comes to every day things, my favorite part of living here is the Big Y grocery store. Sounds silly, but any store that provides it's customers free child care for two hours so the parents can shop in peace is a super hero in my book.
