Aberdeen, Maryland- The Best of Both Worlds 4 rating By Anonymous ( May 23, 2018) I totally enjoy living in Aberdeen, Maryland. This peaceful yet engaging city has been a great home for me and my family. The city is just thirty miles north of Baltimore which allows me to escape to big city when I have that desire. The city has well kept neighborhoods and good ...Read More public transportation.

As a major sports fan I enjoy being able to check out a minor league baseball game in Aberdeen at Ripken Stadium. My family enjoys eating out and Aberdeen provides lots of great restaurants. Places like Mamie's Cafe and La Tolteca are restaurants you must try. Aberdeen is missing a nice down town area to walk and shop. However when I get the itch for this I just take a short drive to Baltimore and spend the day in the city.

What I like best about Aberdeen is I get the best of both worlds. I have an easy commute to work and spend the day working a great job. If I want a peaceful quiet evening I just come on home. If I'm up for a night on the town or some shopping I just hang out in the city. Aberdeen, Maryland is a perfect location for someone looking to maximize where they live. Read Less
