Tulare Union has the highest test scores compared to the other public high schools, according to statistics. Though this is an amazing achievement, this was usually accomplished by students who were already educated or cheated. Teachers would use more time to talk to students, rather than to teach. There were a number of times when teachers would send students to other students to learn this challenging material. In some cases, the students wouldn't even help unless they also looked like them. Some teachers would just tell us to look something up, which is great since we are becoming into a utopia with new technology, but sometimes it just doesn't help certain students who need to listen to answers. Staff would also discipline unfairly. A boy once was harassing a girl for a whole year, but he only got his phone taken away from one day, while the girl was suspended when she reported it. This year, they hold a title for being a great school, but they really need to fix a couple of things in order to use that title with pride.
