The best places in Beeville, TX was the residential areas. You can buy huge homes with a lot of land for very low costs. A multi-million dollar home in the Bay Area, CA would be found here for only a fraction of the price. Again, there is not a lot of room for growth with employment so the cost of living here is cheap. Not a lot of places to shop or eat. The weather tends to be warm and humid here.
