some houses and they are golden. Also, the safety of the neighborhoods have gone through some clashes with new residents of New Jersey/New York settling in Hazleton. All it needs is some love!!!!

that is sure to last. A street that was deteriorated is now being nourished and brought back to par, improving nightlife. The Hazleton are covers a large portions of the county and is trying to get a new name for itself with the help of the new mayor, business owners, and citizens like me. Local restaurants are what making Hazleton come standard in nightlife.

Hazleton is downright bad. Huge racial divides. Huge illegal immigrant population which has completely ruined this city. Garbage all over ground, police not enforcing any rules, buildings with graffiti. Has lead to whites and foreigners hating each other. Shootings every night. ...Read More
They have a large industrial complex hiring many illegals which led to problems. Don't not enter mall on a Friday night or Saturday night, movie theater is due for huge problems in future. Foreigners have this saying, ...Its not our country or city, so who cares!

Hazleton is become a very dangerous place and has bad weather, crumbling infrastructure, massive pollution and poor schools.
The crime rate is high and funding is low for the police department with a lack officers for the new diverse population.

The city has been called the cancer capital of America due to the air quality and ground water pollution factors.
Amenities ranked as A is unreal. There isn't much here as say 25 years ago. Wow theres A decent Chinese buffet and a few old time restaurants and bars , a dying laurel mall and its 125 miles from new york city. that's about it!
These ratings just baffle an educated sociology graduate.
