might want to try J. Butlers or Rixsters. If you like Disc Golf, there is a course at Creekside Park.
The education system needs an upgrade, but about 75% of the students graduate. Most of the residents are families holding jobs in the surrounding triad area. You can find lower priced housing and rentals here. There is a public bus system that can get you where you need to go if you don't want to drive. The weather is fairly mild year-round with occasional ice or snow in the winter and a bit humid in the summer. We have beautiful spring flowers and foliage that are natural to the area, including dogwoods, the state flower.
