The staff at Tillamook High School are dedicated to the successes of students. Although, they don't have exceptional degrees or extensive work experience, they care. Tillamook High School is devoted to the health and welfare of everyone in their school, and community. Every year, the school puts on a ten day charity event that raises over $180,000 for the Doernbecher Children's hospital and local organizations. This is an extremely rewarding experience for everyone involved. It teaches students how to give back to their community and work hard for their community. It is a very unique experience because of the high percentage of students that are on the free and reduced lunch program, which assumes that Tillamook is a fairly low income community.
