My family and I lived in Eagle Mountain for about four years. We moved to the area when there was a lot of development happening. When we moved there, the housing prices couldn't be beat. Due to the low prices of homes, a lot of young families, like ours, moved to the area. This allowed my kids to constantly have a friend to play with and activities to entertain them. One thing I really enjoyed while living in Eagle Mountain, was that it seemed like each large neighbor had at least one park and grass area. Having a home in Eagle Mountain allowed us to have a little bit more land than some of the neighboring cities. We also thoroughly enjoyed the fact that we didn't have to leave the area unless we wanted to; everything we needed was close by. However, if we did want to go somewhere, we could easily get there within a short amount of time. For example, if we wanted to go exploring in Park City, we could easily there in an hour.
