Consistency is Key

I have attended Bunn High School for almost four years. The one thing I have noticed is that there is not much consistency among the staff. Every school year, the school has employed a new principal and upwards of five new teachers. This is not a good thing for the school's morale. Knowing that every year when I walk into the school there will be new rules and a new way of doing things, hurts. Bunn is perceived as such a small town with such big traditions, but that does not seem to be fully true when it comes to the staff. Consistency is key when it comes to traditions; and Bunn has not had that for the past four years.
