As a student who has attended Tulare Western for the past 4 years, I can personally attest to the high quality of education, administration, athletics, arts, and facilities that the school provides for each student. The main purpose of high school is to prepare students for college or future careers, and the education that Western provides is the finest that it can offer. Students have the options to take honors classes from freshman to senior year, as well as Advanced Placement classes that will allow them to get a college level education while getting both high school and college credit. The school also provides Agriculture or Pre-Med Academies, which map out the student's classes each year so that they get a head start into their future career and required college classes. I have taken classes at all levels, whether regular, honors, AP, and even the College of the Sequoias English class, and not matter what level of class a student is in, the education provided is highly beneficial to their future. One reason this education is so excellent, is because the teachers, counselors, and administration truly care for the students and strive to help them to become the best that they can be. Students can find support in every classroom, and can go to their counselors or teachers at any time for homework or college application help, or even for help on personal issues outside of school. Myself, along with many of my peers, have made close relationships with teachers and coaches, and have continued to keep in touch with them even after leaving their classroom. The classrooms are a safe place for students to learn, both through teacher support and physical structure of the facilities. The facilities are kept clean by a hardworking janitorial staff, so that all classrooms, bathrooms, and school grounds are clear and tidy, rather than dirty and covered in trash. Athletic facilities are also kept in top shape as the school has just added a new weight-lifting building, has recently regrown all grass on the fields, and replaced the track in the past couple years. As an athlete on the track and field team, I have seen the difference that the new facilities have made to the athletic programs, as well as the quality of the coaching staff. All coaches are very supportive and push the athletes to be their absolute best. This has benefited the programs greatly, and shows as the football team has made it to the playoffs for multiple years, men's soccer and water polo and women's tennis are CIF Valley Champions, and the track and field team has won championships for years on end (men: 21/26 and women: 16 years straight). Through the support of teachers, coaches, and administration, the students at Tulare Western are receiving a complete and high level of education, athletics, and opportunities to express themselves through activities, clubs, sport, classes, and more.

Tulare Western High School has input lots of resources to the best of our success. Academically, this school provides us with great programs that other schools, or non-schools in tulare destrict has. For example we have the opportunity to take this nursing program or agriculture program, and by the end of your high school you will be given such job. Tulare Western also have some wonderful teachers. Its my fourth year now in high school, and I still keep connection with my freshman, sophomore, and junior teachers. Besides them, there is such amazing counselors to seek too. Not only have I gotten help for my classes, but there is also a school psychologist that has helped me overcome such obstacles. There is plenty of clubs and great sports, in which one can encounter too. You can even also create your own club! Lastly, this school really expresses what Tulare Western is; we own that pride, and integrity in school, and demonstrate it to the best of our ability. Here, you won't see faded red, white, and blue colors. Here you will see our happiness through these colors, each and every day through the entire campus.
