African-Americans in TempleI would like to know if the Killeen-Temple-Fort Hood area a good place to raise a family if you are African-American? My husband and I would like to relocate from Jacksonville, FL to a place where it is not so congested, and the cost of living is affordable. But, we are also looking for an area that does not have significant issues with racism because we do not want are children to have a difficult time with that.
