Santa Paula Medical ServicesEven though there are three medical clinics, one urgent care and one hospital located in the City of Santa Paula, will these services be impacted to a level where they cannot sustain/ accommodate the residents of City after completion of the East Area I Development Plan? Are there any adopted budget plans for FY 2011/2012 for medical services and institutions? Meaning, does the City have the budget to expand these medical services?
