2 yrs they didn't providing academic services and numerous meetings involving the state+Utah parent center. Filed a state complaint against the school and won. Over 700 pgs of documentation. Including signed documents from witnesses. Not providing appropriate materials and instruction. Then VP now Principal often did not know what was legally required by law. Counseling not only repeatedly did not follow request for assistance but lost files. School office lost confidential files. Both are HIPPA offences. Monetary reimbursement for class not taught. Educational assistant was not certified and over 2 yrs did not attend any classes towards becoming certified. When asked to provide credentials Principal refused even though parents have a legal right. (Request for names of board members and ways to contact was also refused.) School was placed under observation for 2 yrs. Take your kids anyplace else they deserve better. Cancel culture on steroids. High suicide rate. Support non existent
