The area has many hip restaurants and bars that draw in many visitors to their cobblestone streets. Today, Fell�s Point is an upscale business area with one of a kind shops and boutiques. The Fell�s point area is host to many different annual events including Antiques and Collectibles shows and historical re-enactments. Most of the events are free of charge and are great for families. If parts of Fell�s point look familiar to you, it may be because the area was featured in the television series �Homicide-Life on the Street� and in Barry Levinson�s hit film �Diner�.

There is also the Science Center, which features many hands-on learning activities for all age groups. If you want to enjoy the weather, there are paddle boats to ride on or you can go for a ride on a boat around the harbor. The Inner Harbor also features a variety of free entertainment as well. This ranges from musical acts performing by the water to dramatic readings and even magic acts. For those that wish to shop, there are clothing, toy and food shops throughout the Inner Harbor.

There are so many different animals to explore there are amphibians like the blue poison frog, birds like the the Atlantic Puffin. The Sand Tiger Shark is always a crowded and anticipation attraction. One of the most adorable animal is the Atlantic Bottle nose dolphin. If you are visiting Baltimore, MD the National Aquarium is a must see.

One feature that is unique to this stadium, is that families can bring their own food and drinks inside the stadium. There are still plenty of concession stands that offer food, and even those are more reasonably priced than other major league ballparks. The park, star fort and visitors center all open at 8 am and close around 4:45 pm. They do offer some extended hours in the summer season. Fees to enter Fort McHenry are only $7.00 for adults and children 16 and older. Ages fifteen and under enter free. There are videos and exhibits available for viewing in the visitors center as well as daily Flag and Ranger talks. The museum includes a visit to the fort and barracks that display period uniforms and weapons as well as a junior officers barracks, powder magazines and more. The commanding officer's quarters and 1814 guard house are also available for viewing as well as the Forts many cannons. Other activities are also scheduled throughout the year including fire works displays and reinactments.
