Seagoville Texas: Friendly-ville in Texas 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 16, 2018) I experienced an excellent stay while living in Seagoville Texas. The city is within Dallas County limits. Seagoville is in close relation to Dallas and Downton Mesquite. The suburban town has quite a few school districts that have great academics. The housing market is a bit sub ...Read More -par, it doesn’t have a lot of local developments. The city does have substantial employment opportunities and low crime rates. It is a great place to enjoy activities outside due to its wonderful weather climate year round.

Some of the best areas in Seagoville Texas surround the downtown district. There are a fair amount of restaurants and other things to do in the area. Everything is in close proximity. The town usually has annual events that get the entire town involved. My family and I loved that it is so close to the core of Dallas because we often enjoyed the best of both worlds of small and big city living. The city is quaint but very friendly. It is extremely economical and budget friendly. Overall, it is a great place to live. Read Less
